Photo cards: Please send us your photo along with your design fee ($15 for a photo card blank inside; $25 for a photo card with custom text inside). A personal check works fine, or you may call us with your credit card information (920-766-2523). You may send your photo electronically, or through the U.S. postal system.

Please do not send photocopies of photos. A real photo or a hi-resolution e-mailed photo works best.

To e-mail: Send your photo to mhermsen@sbcglobal.net . The photo must be a high quality scan or resolution (300 dpi). If you're not sure how to scan or send a photo via e-mail, please mail it to us via regular mail. Your photo will be returned with your order. If you e-mail your photo to us, please mail your design fee ($15 for a blank card inside/ $25 for custom text inside) separately, or call us with your credit card info.

Include your name, address, phone # and any text you'd like to see on your custom card. We will contact you during the design phase to talk about your ideas. Your photo may be color or black and white—any size is fine, but 8 x 10 is the largest size we can accept.

Proof: Once we receive your photo and design fee, we'll contact you to talk further about your ideas and the event you're celebrating. Next, you will receive either an electronic proof or a paper proof (your preference) along with a quote for your card order. Please read the text very carefully in your proof to scan for any text errors.

We'll discuss any changes you'd like to see before your order is run. At this point in the process, we will require payment for the custom order (prices will be indicated on your quote sent with your proof).

Payment for custom orders: We accept personal checks, pay pal, and credit cards for your order (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Payment must be received before we run your order.

Text mistakes: In the unlikely event that a mistake is made, we will work with you to correct the issue. If you approved the final proof, we will assess a reprinting fee to re-run your entire order. If the mistake is on our end, we will re-run the order at no extra cost to you.

Order Timeline: After you approve your proof, we need 7-10 days to complete your order. This timeline is required by us because each card is processed, glittered and inspected by hand. If you need to have your cards sooner, your order may be subject to a rush fee. ($35-$50 depending on the size and complexity of the order).

Personalized note cards: Simply click on the design and quantity of cards you desire to add them to your shopping cart. You will fill in a few additional fields to add names, initials, etc. to your custom cards.

Boxed greeting cards: Add the desired boxed designs to your shopping cart.

Photo gifts: Simply click on the desired option to order your matted photo artwork. You will need to send us a photo, however! Send your photo to mhermsen@sbcglobal.net . The photo must be a high quality scan or resolution (300 dpi). If you're not sure how to scan or send a photo via e-mail, please mail it to us via regular mail.
